Dr Tayo was an inspiration to me, he made the Bible come alive. I came to New Wine Church at a time when I was disillusioned with Church, I listened to one service and instantly felt like I had come home. Dr Tayo was a Charismatic leader, he led by example and had a passion for excellence which captured everyone. I recall being impressed with the 5 minute rule he had at the end of the service, you had to find someone you didn’t know and engage with them. He had this amazing ability to remember your name even if he’d only met you once. He was an innovator, a personable individual, and a Glory-carrier. God has established a bountiful legacy through Dr Tayo which will continue to flourish. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife, family and the New Wine family. Thank you Father for blessing me with the opportunity of knowing your great servant.
