It’s not the quantity of years, but the quality of years; it’s not who touched you, but who you touched; you touched my life and for that, I am grateful. You have left a lasting legacy and future generations would forever know that you were here. Now at home with our great General and commander in chief -our Lord Jesus Christ, I know you are safe till we meet again. Rest in Peace for you have run the race.

A giant that once bestrode this borough nay this city and beyond like a colossus has silently slipped into eternity. We celebrate his life and what he meant to humanity. Comfort O Lord , those he left behind.

Pastor Tayo, you were a life changer, an influencer, a mentor, a teacher, a leader and a shepherd. I am blessed to have known you and sat under your teachings and ministry. May the Lord comfort the families that you have left behind and bring about peace of God that surpasses all understanding. I thank God for your life and your legacy which will live forever in the lives of the people you touched.

It is with great sadness that i have learnt of the passing on of my friend for whom i have had great respect. From the time of meeting with him during a conference of the Elim Pentecostal Church in Prestatin a number of years ago he has blessed me with his sound teachings and it was my pleasure to have hosted him and his team during conferences of the AFM in South Africa. I will always remember our friendship and enjoyable time we spent together in the Kruger National Park, South Africa! I salute a great man of God!

My old Pastor, an excellent preacher, a fantastic motivational speaker; you always believed in your listeners and attenders. God taught me a lot of things through you and I still have a lot of your tapes and CDs. Through you, He taught me to follow my dream, never let go of my destiny and develop a positive outlook in life among other things. We all thank God for your life here on earth. Now that you are in Heaven, No doubt you are having fun and resting better than here for all eternity. I decree that your family shall experience divine comfort as they remember you. God bless you forever and eternal bliss be yours.

I met pastor Tayo at the turning point programme at the Abuja stadium years back when he taught on Gate of Heaven and I will not forget that message till rapture takes place
He stood out of many of the preachers, And since then I don't pass through his church street in London without admiring this great General. Honestly we may be pained by his death but certainly he is rejoicing since the death of the saints are precious.
May heaven be truelly his abode and may the family he left behind know and remember that pastor Tayo has gone to his owner
I pray hat they be strengthened and consoled in the fact that he is resting.
God bless New wine family and his immediate family

"The choices we make in this life do not just evaporate and come to nothing when we die. They matter and will continue to matter throughout eternity. Remember, your eternal destination is the result of what you believe on earth; and your eternal compensation is the result of how you behave on earth. Both are extremely important. We plan our weddings, birthday parties and our holidays with such great attention to detail. We plan our children's education and our retirement. What about our eternity. Let me ask you one question: are you living for eternity?"
Those were the words of Dr.Tayo Adeyemi [coilled from his marticle "Are you living for eternity" Volume 9 issue 1 of Wine Press ,2006] a man who lived his entire life conscious of eternity, who lived an exemplary life of love, excellence, simplicity and strong devotion to His Creator.
If there's any one to mourn obviously not Dr Tayo Adeyemi cos he lived a Maximized life of purpose. He will be greatly missed.Heartfelt condollences to his wife-Lady J, his Children , the extended family and also to the entire New Wine family across the world. I'm a life that was changed by Pastor Tayo. And I am eternally grateful to God to have given us an exceptional gift like him.
