My husband and I are shocked and greatly sadden by the news that Pastor Tayo has died. We met him many years ago at Ashburnham place where he greatly encouraged us. We have followed his growing ministry for years and love what the Lord was doing in his life and the life of others. Our prayers are with his wife, children, and family members as well as the church family. We know he is with our Lord . We pray we too can be found faithful when our time comes. God bless you all at New Wine Church. May the Holy Spirit comfort and guide you today and in the coming months.

I just want to say that I was very much impacted by Pastor Tayo's ministry in the Word. He was an anointed expositor of the Word and, although I was not a member of New Wine, I can testify that his messages took me through times of personal crisis on more than one occasion.
May God bless his family, friends, and church.

Please continue his legacy.

In 2002 I was a very negative and bitter 18 year old teenager. One particular night of this same year, I was involved in a fight outside Woolwich Arsenal Station. Knowing who I was from when I was a child, Pastor Tayo took the time to take me to one side and ask me why I was like this and why I was so bitter and angry at the world.
After briefly explaining my pains from childhood to him, he invited me to come to New Wine Church and re-learn the word of God. On that first visit he took the time after service to talk to me and show me the error of my ways.
It was through his love and selflessness towards me that made me rededicate my life to God.
Though I left the church in 2007, I always remember the influence Daddy had on my life. In this day and age, it’s hard to find a good role model - he was that man. A Father to so many youths of my generation and a great man of God. He truly was a wonderful man who will truly be missed.

Thank you for everything daddy and Rest in Perfect Peace!

Lots of love

Dr. Tayo Adeyemi modelled what it is to be a true servant leader. Through his anointed ministry and spiritual life, millions around the world have been touched by God’s love. Truly we can say he served his generation by the will of God and has left an abiding legacy for future generations. May God’s comforting presence surround his family and all of the New Wine Church.

Dr Tayo always inspired me on Premier Radio. I never met him but he gave me inspiration to go on for the Lord. I believe that he is rejoicing with the angels in heaven and one day we the children of God will meet . God is in control. Dr. Tayo inspired many people. His name will not be forgotten not the work he did for the Lord. God bless

Dr Tayo was a fine teacher of the word of God with a good command of the English Language. one can also see the spirit of excellence in the way New Wine is run. I pray that God will give his wife and children grace to go through this time.

One of God’s general has bowed out and returned to his Commander-in-Chief, to receive medals of honour and a crown of glory for the battles he fought and the victories he won for God’s kingdom.

I refuse to mourn but rather rejoice because the spoils from the war he fought - the number of souls won; the seeds of transformation he sowed and nurtured in the lives of men; and the huge impact he had on the body of Christ and humanity – remain indelible and irreversible.

Rest in perfect peace.

To a brother, a friend, a soul mate and a gentleman...adios! The times shared can never be forgotten and the wisdom gained never wasted. You were a symbol of excellence in ministry with a heart to do all things well. Your laughter and humour in the years we travelled and played together will ever be with me. Our loss is heavens gain...but how we wish you were here longer. There is so much yet to be done but I believe your legacy and messages will live on as the New Wine is spilled upon the nations. To those left behind...take courage, move forward and take charge.
